Meet Your Guides
Wyld & Jessie - mystery-led facilitators, womb healers, and custodians of ancient feminine wisdom. Together, they hold space for your fierce unfolding and radiant embodiment.
You will feast on healthy, sumptuous & deeply nutritious meals complete with nourishing teas, snacks & culinary treats ~ along with some fun like a pizza party evening & of course a waffle brunch morning… because midlife muses get to have it all! (Gluten free options available)
You will dance each morning until you feel liberated, spicy & fully seen in that ever changing, gorgeous body of yours.
Each day we’ll explore a unique & curated adventure somewhere on the island - you will be chauffeured with your fellow sisters to some private sites tourists can’t access.
We will also be graced by local & indigenous wise women who will be sharing the sacred practices of this very special land with us to deepen our experience of the island and her ancient ways.
This is a small residential retreat for only 13 women - a specially crafted haven holding the intention of intimacy, creativity & reclamation for the few who choose the potency of this magical container.
The retreat residence is wild, simple & clear in our intention - to be TOGETHER. To amplify one another in our expression. To be untamed as we cross this tender threshold of midlife into pure, soft power, playfulness & joy.
Daily Rhythm at a Glance
● Mornings begin with a relaxed breakfast served by the sacred masculine along with some personal time to sensuously arrive to the day
● Mid Morning we dance 5Rhythms together with immersive headphones
● Midday brings a nourishing lunch and time to restore.
● Afternoons vary: one day you’ll experience an active volcano, another a yoni cave, a black sand beach, a forest hike or perhaps a cliff walk. Every day will invite in time to be with the Element we danced with that morning
● Evenings close with an exquisite dinner, followed by a women's circle or ceremony and slumber party vibes - always offered with no pressure or expectations.
